On your first day at the gym we will conduct a fitness evaluation to assess which program would best suit your needs.  Once we feel you are ready for the next level you will be bumped to a new program.  We are committed to making sure each of our members is safe, and is receiving the coaching that will lead to the most benefit & progress.

Be 23 Fit Transformation

Kick-start your health the right way with our signature 6-week program designed to focus on the fundamentals. This is a 6 week program to build a stronger core and better heart conditioning. It is ideal for beginners and those who have taken a break from fitness. It meets three times a week, offers dietary guidance, and focuses on improving the mind. It is mainly body weight and calisthenic like movements.

The start of each cycle will have three times to choose from on the beginning Saturday: 6am, 10am and 2pm

During the 6 weeks that follow the starting event above. Class times will be as follows:
M, W, & F – 6am & 6pm
T & TH – 7am & 7pm
Sat – 6am & 10am


The Basic programs uses body weight movement, cardio, and some very light weighted equipment to accomplish three goals: 1) Increase your heart and Lung capacity, 2) strengthen the core, 3) increase range of motion in all joints. Like all programs at 23 Fit, it focuses on the elements of diet and mental toughness as well as preparing you for anything life throws at you.

Class times:

M, W, & F – 6am & 6pm
T & Th – 7am & 7pm
Sat. – 6am & 10am

Athletes will attend based on membership purchased. “Transformation” and “3x per week” athletes will go to any three of these classes.


When athletes reach a solid level of heart and lung capacity, core strength, and range of motion, they move on to the foundation program. While continuing to build cardio, core strength, and range of motion, they will be introduced to the 12 foundational movements and the queuing process coaches use to help correct form. Athletes will also be tested on 6 foundational strength movements. As with all 23 Fit Programs, element of diet and mental toughness will further be developed.

Strict Press
Push Press
Push Jerk
Back Squat
Front Squat
Overhead Squat
GHD Machine
Wall Ball Clean

Class Times:

M, W, & F – 7am & 7pm
T & Th – 6am & 6pm
Sat. – 7am & 9am

Athletes attend based on membership purchased but it is designed for 3 times a week. We really don’t encourage more than three time a week until Advanced programs.


The advanced program will focus on establishing a balance between proper form and intensity in movements, and creating a sound foundation on nutritional principles of insulin reduction and adaptation of the body. Get ready for a never-ending, enjoyable, path of continues improvement in and out of the gym. Using the foundational movements as a base, athletes will focus on both strength and cardio every day and every workout.

Class Times:

M-F – 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am, 11am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm
Sat – 5am, 6am, 11am, 1pm

Athletes can attend 3-6 times per week depending on membership purchased. This is the only level we encourage more than 3 time a week and progressive at that. For example, after completing foundations they attend 6 weeks at 3 times per week, then 6 weeks at 4 times a week, then 6 weeks at 5 times per week etc…..
